Residents have already objected to the permit on our road, and again appealed to the DEP board in Harrisburg as well as brought it to the Jackson Planning Committee, this time we are headed to the Supervisors, the Commissioners and if need be the PA Supreme Court. Help us CHANGE THE ORDINANCE to apply COMMON SENSE SETBACKS for these INDUSTRIAL sites coming into RESIDENTIAL neighborhoods before they come to YOUR FRONT DOOR TOO! It's not going to be just 1 well or 11, it won't stop there and we have to ACT NOW.
